Employees of the State Control Committee for the Grodno region, having checked the work of one of the trading facilities, revealed gross violations in the work of the meat department.
It is reported that more than 20 kilograms of semi-finished meat products were found on sale, which had expired.
More than 48 kg of chilled semi-finished meat products were also found, which were not labelled.
Other violations of sanitary norms and rules have also been identified.
Based on the results of the audit, a decision was made to suspend the sale of products from the meat department of the audited facility.
In total, about 70 kg of semi-finished meat products of our own production were seized.
Since the beginning of this year, the department has checked 120 retail facilities in the Grodno region for compliance with trade laws.
During this time, 52 violations of sanitary norms and rules were identified.
