Guess what’s for dinner

Do you want to lose weight? So have something light for dinner! For example, cod on pureed tomatoes.

Not all food myths are true

Guess what’s for dinner

…split your dinner with your enemy. This is how one of the wise words that accompany us from the cradle to the grave ends. But for real, how many disciplined, healthy living people are there who stick to the dietary canon and lie down (if they DON’T have to for health or other reasons) with a half-empty stomach?

There are probably more night eaters compared to them (without the support of statistical data). Although, one never knows, eating habits also evolve… However, if you are one of those people who can’t sleep because of hunger, try to limit your nightly feasts or at least forget about bacon and other fats, which your soul is crying out for. Take it easy, right after the gourmet tips. There is no need to add leftovers from breakfast, lunch and other meals that you deposit in the refrigerators, don’t worry, they won’t spoil so quickly.

Think about how many calories your bed can take, what light treat you can eat so that you don’t have bad nightmares. Even a person with an incredibly low pain threshold cannot fall asleep with a gallbladder attack. So put the stuffed cabbage aside and take a bite of an apple, pear, carrot or banana instead. And eat before 6 p.m., before Večerníček, preferably only so that your navel doesn’t pass you by. A walk wouldn’t hurt either.

What are you saying? That theory is gray and the tree of life is green? Don’t even talk. So at least be careful not to bump into other family members in front of the refrigerator in the dark. Or try how the light dinners we offer you today will taste. With them, you’ll probably forget about the late-night munchies.
