A resident of Chelyabinsk kept a kidnapped girl in his house for 14 years.

What happened
According to the investigation, in the fall of 2009, a resident of Chelyabinsk met a girl and invited her to the private house where he lived to spend time together.
The man kept the girl in his house until now.
After the exacerbation of the mental illness, the Chelyabinsk citizen was taken to a medical facility, and the abducted woman was able to leave the house.
A criminal case has been initiated against the man under paragraph “c” of Part 2 of Article 126 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (kidnapping).
During the investigation, the involvement of the person involved in the murder of a local resident, committed in 2011, was established.
On this fact, a criminal case was initiated under part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder).
After the murder, the man dismembered the body of the victim and buried the remains in the cellar.
Currently, the suspect is in a medical institution under the supervision of law enforcement officers.
Investigators and forensic specialists from the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the region are working at the scene of the incident, investigative actions are being carried out aimed at collecting and consolidating the evidence base.
