Recently it became known about a not quite typical case in the course of the ongoing special military operation.
According to the information received, near Vuhledar (DPR), infantrymen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were blown up by their own mines.
The incident occurred during their attempt to carry out an attack in the indicated direction.
This is reported by MIA “Russia Today” with reference to a Russian soldier with the call sign Buk, a representative of the 2nd rifle battalion named after Dmitry Donskoy.
According to him, the Ukrainians’ failed attempt to attack in the Vuglodar direction took place “a couple of days ago.”
An infantry group went on the offensive, accompanied by three units of heavy equipment.
They did not have time to get to our positions, they were blown up by their own mines. Plus, our MLRS arrived in time, threw it on top of them, and another attempt to attack was bogged down, – the fighter said.
He added: The Armed Forces of Ukraine on a regular basis make attempts to attack Russian positions, but also regularly fail.
By the way. Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that near Ugledar and Makarovka, enemy manpower and equipment were hit.
