One of the plants that helps to regain strength and health in the post-infarction period is the common dandelion.
* Pour a tablespoon of dried dandelion leaves with a glass of boiling water, leave for 2 hours, then strain. Drink 1/4 cup 3 times a day 20 minutes before meals.
* Crush or grind dried dandelion roots into powder. It is used by a teaspoon (without a heap) 20 minutes before eating according to the following scheme: first, the powder is kept in the mouth for a few seconds so that it is saturated with saliva, then it is swallowed with a sip of water.
If this is difficult to do, the powder can be mixed with a small amount of honey and rolled into small peas, which must be sucked slowly. You can also use the following recipe:
* Pour 2 teaspoons of crushed roots with a glass of cold water overnight, bring to a boil in the morning, simmer for 5 minutes, then strain, divide the decoction into 4 portions and drink during the day 20 minutes before meals.
Dandelion preparations not only help the heart, but also stabilize water and salt exchange processes in the body, restore and strengthen the nervous system.
* Still in the post-infarction period, it is recommended to use freshly squeezed carrot juice – a glass a day. Drink 2-3 times in small sips, as if tasting.
