Take washed, unpeeled potatoes and make an incision with a knife – about the thickness of the skin, gently cut around the potato, creating an exact circle.
When all the potatoes have undergone this “procedure”, put them in a pot of water and boil them as usual.
Then drain the potatoes and pour cold water over them so that the potatoes are covered. Leave them to cool!
Finally, take the potatoes and very easily peel them off using just your fingers!
