1. Dried tangerine peels against coughs and bronchial inflammations
Why throw away tangerine peels when they can be dried and used for both decorative and medicinal purposes? It turns out that in traditional Chinese medicine, dried tangerine peels are used for coughs, indigestion, and even diarrhea to alleviate the symptoms of these unwanted ailments.
In order to obtain dried mandarin peels, they must either be kept in the open sun for three days (which will be quite difficult to do at our latitudes) or put in the oven at very low temperatures and allowed to dry. Then the peels are placed in a jar with a lid.
Pour boiling water over the peels and take orally.
2. Tangerine peel face mask
Mandarin peels contain more minerals and vitamins than the fruit, so they will help people with oily skin, light skin tone, soften the skin, and also eliminate unwanted pigmentation and scars. This mask will also help people with liver.
To prepare a mandarin peel face mask, finely grate the peels. Add a little liquid honey and mix. Then the mask is applied to the face and allowed to soak in. Rinse your face with clean water.
3. For moths
Save money and don’t buy special balls for clothes moths! Put tangerine peels in a plastic bag and put it in the cupboard. The result will be amazing.
4. Makes teeth whiter
It turns out that fresh tangerine peels can remove the yellow pigment from the teeth that is caused, for example, by smoking. Mandarins contain a substance called limonene, which helps to reduce the yellow tint on the teeth.
Rub the inside of the tangerine peel on your teeth and leave it for 2 to 3 minutes. Then rinse your mouth with water.
5. Make a tangerine cocktail “Margarita”

NB nra.lv already reported that Jelena Solomatina, a well-known dietitian and nutritionist in Russia, reveals that although mandarins contain a lot of vitamins, micro and macro elements and antioxidants, which have a beneficial effect on the immune system and heart function, not all people are recommended to eat mandarins. Care should be taken with the use of mandarins in the diet of people with stomach diseases (for example, in the case of increased stomach acid), gastritis. Also, it is not advisable to eat mandarins on an empty stomach and you can eat two or three mandarins a day, no more.
