What Lukashenka said about salaries
The head of state noted that everyone wants to have a big salary, but much depends on the competencies of the employee himself.
Salary must be earned, this is a fair approachthe president said.
As an example, Lukashenka cited the system built in healthcare, where top-level specialists who perform complex operations receive decent money.
And don’t ask me to cut everyone with the same brush– added the head of state.
