What to choose for a healthy snack: foods that really reduce appetite

Losing weight and proper nutrition require discipline, which means that you can’t even break into junk food for a snack, which can harm the body and reset the results.

But skipping a snack is not worth it if the body requires energy.

It is only important to choose the right products for this.

Nutritionist Kirill Strelnikov spoke about this in more detail in an interview with representatives of the Moscow Region Today publication.

Flour and fat is better to remove.

He noted that preference should be given to dietary products, which are perfectly able to saturate the body. For example, it can be a salad of greens, cucumber and apple, but seasoned with natural yogurt without sweet additives.

In addition, nuts are suitable for snacking. But it is important to eat no more than 50 grams per day, since such foods are high in calories.

Strelnikov recommended giving preference to roasted cashews and unsalted peanuts.
