Necessary products:

300 g minced meat

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 tbsp mustard

1/2 tsp dried basil

1/2 tsp dried oregano

For the sauce:

1 onion
2 tbsp cow butter
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp mustard
3 tablespoons liquid or sour cream
garlic (optional)
dill, parsley and/or basil (optional)

Method of preparation:

Fry the onion lightly in the melted butter. Add the flour and fry for another 1 minute. Add the mustard and cream and bring to a boil.

The minced meat is prepared from the listed products (as the onion is minced, the garlic is pressed). Fill the nests with the mincemeat prepared in this way (be careful not to break it).

The nests are placed in the pot tightly (leaving a little distance) with the boiling sauce. They are sprinkled with grated cheese.
Pour hot water (broth) to the tops of the nests, salt as desired. The garlic is cut into large slices and placed in the pot. Cover with a lid and cook on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.

Lazy pasta nests are served with your favorite sauce and basil, if desired.
