Try it out! Jam – a surprise in a jar

Cook and taste!


  • Carrots: 13.3 pcs
  • Peaches: 300 g
  • Oranges: 0.6 pcs
  • Sugar: 800 g
  • Cinnamon, ground: 5 g
  • Ginger: 5 years
  • Allspice: 5 g
  • Water: 200 g


  1. Peel the carrots and grate them on a fine grater.
  2. Pour some water into the pot and boil the carrots.
  3. When they have become soft, add the peaches and cook a little more.
  4. Then the pot is removed from the heat and cooled a little.
  5. Blend the carrot peach mass.
  6. Peel the orange and squeeze out the juice.
  7. Add the juice, grated peel and sugar to the blender and bring to a boil again.
  8. Before taking the pot off the heat, add ginger, cinnamon and allspice and cook for a few more minutes.
