Power snacks with cranberries

Such a healthy bar will give you energy and pamper your taste buds.


for two bars (each bar is recommended to be cut into three parts)

  • Dates without pits
  • Two tablespoons of peanut butter
  • A handful of dried cranberries
  • Two tablespoons of reduced-fat cocoa powder



Put all the ingredients in a blender or chopper and blend into a homogeneous mass.

Spread baking paper in a small container, put the blended mass in it and make a rectangular shape from it.

Make bars as thick as desired. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
