You will need:
- 1/2 cup of milk (preferably 3%);
- 1/2 cup of cream;
- 1/4 cup of sugar;
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- 1 glass of ice;
- two ziplock bags of different sizes.
Preparation:
Mix together the milk, cream, sugar and vanilla extract.
Mix everything thoroughly until the sugar is completely melted.
Pour the liquid into a resealable, transparent bag. Note that the bag must be firm and of good quality, as the mixture will need to be kneaded for five minutes. It is best to choose a bag with a closure.
Then take a bag that is much bigger than the first one and fill it with ice.
Then a bag with the mixture is placed in the larger bag with ice. Then add more ice to the bag.
Time to churn! Wrap the bag in a towel and beat it for 5 minutes until the liquid has turned into ice cream.
You can remove the whipped ice cream from the bag with a spoon. Add chocolate, berries or cookies to it and enjoy.
