“Smart grains” are wheat groats grown in Latvia, mixed together with valuable lentils, quinoa and more. They will definitely refresh your everyday meals. If something as intense as “Latvijas siers” is added to the recipe, then I claim that a new taste of Latvia has been born.
In the program “Taste Latvia”, chefs Normunds Baranovskis and Edgars Sanders prepared a delicious porridge under a cheese and egg cap, called “Smart Grains” porridge with “Latvijas Siera” coating.
