Should a new EHIC be issued when changing the identity card?

My daughter turned 18 in February and has currently applied for a new ID card, which will be ready in about 20-30 days. Meanwhile, she has to travel to Germany. If he now applies for a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), it will be with the details of the old ID card, and when he leaves, he will already have a new ID card. Is this a problem because when you get your new identity card, you will no longer have the 15 day time to issue a new EHIC (if one is needed).

In principle, there is no legal requirement to issue a new European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) with a new identity document. The data from the identity card are requested and filled in the Application for Issuance of the EHIC.
The EHIC does not contain the identity card number of the person to whom it is issued, but only the three names on the identity document, date of birth and the Unified Civil Number (EUN), number of the insurance institution, card number (EHIC), date of validity . The TIN entered in the EHIC is important in order to inquire about the patient’s health insurance rights in case of urgent and/or emergency medical care in another EU country.
