Mushrooms – 8 small ones
200 g of crab rolls
cheese/yellow cheese/mozzarella 150 g.
olive oil – tablespoon
2 cloves of garlic
pepper and salt to taste

Cut the mushrooms, then put them in a pan with preheated fat, adding a tablespoon of olive oil. You can also use oil of your choice.
Fry them until they get a beautiful golden color. Then put them on a paper towel to absorb the excess fat.

Now grate or finely chop the crab rolls.
Use the grater for the cheese as well. I personally will use mozzarella because it has a more gentle and delicate taste, but you can use whatever you like best.
Pass through the grater the two eggs that you previously boiled.
Then combine the ingredients.
I add mayonnaise, chopped garlic and salt.
I mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. If it is too thick, add a little more mayonnaise.
Make small balls of the mixture. You can roll them in crushed crackers and you are ready to serve this deliciousness to your guests./jenata.
